As cities across the country turn to the arts to drive community revitalization, Citrus Heights is stepping confidently into its own creative renaissance with the development of the CH-40 Arts District—a visionary project that blends public art, small business revitalization, and community engagement into one vibrant, walkable corridor.
Once a stretch of road many passed through without a second glance, Auburn Boulevard is now being reimagined as a living, breathing arts destination.
The CH-40 Arts District is set to feature colorful murals, outdoor sculpture installations, artisan pop-up shops, street performances, and creative business partnerships that celebrate the spirit of the city and the voices of the people who live here.
